1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using PdayEmails ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. PdayEmails is operated by Jethro Jones ("we," "us," or "our").

2. Description of Service

PdayEmails helps families receive and archive mission updates from missionaries serving in The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Families create a subscribe page, subscribers join the list, and PdayEmails routes each missionary email to the right audience.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use PdayEmails. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide is accurate.

4. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at hello@pdayemails.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

5. Payments

PdayEmails offers one-time paid plans based on mission length. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. All fees are non-refundable except where required by law or stated in a written offer from PdayEmails.

6. Referrals, RM Fund, and Gifts

Customer referrals may include a discount for the new family and a Homecoming Fund credit for the referring missionary. Referral credits are promotional rewards, not wages or guaranteed compensation. Credits vest after the referred purchase clears the stated guarantee or refund window, currently 31 days, and may be reversed for refunds, fraud, duplicate accounts, self-referrals, or other abuse.

Vested RM Fund credits are tracked in your dashboard and paid manually according to the payout process available at that time. PdayEmails may request tax or identity information before paying large balances where required by law. Gift vouchers must be purchased successfully before redemption and may be voided or refunded if payment fails or abuse is detected.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use PdayEmails to:

• Send spam, unsolicited messages, or content that violates any law
• Harass, threaten, or harm any individual
• Distribute malware, viruses, or harmful code
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

8. Content

You retain ownership of missionary emails, subscriber information, and other content submitted through PdayEmails. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and transmit that content for the purpose of delivering the Service. We do not sell your email content.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free service. Email delivery depends on third-party infrastructure and missionary email systems, which are outside our control.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PdayEmails shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or by posting a notice on the site. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
